The floor-standing tables are 40 to 55 cm tall. Match the height to the top of your mattress, within about 5 cm: the height guide gives the figure for each common bed type. The wall-mounted ones are 15 to 25 cm tall and 25 to 32 cm deep, and go wherever you fix them, so the floor below stays clear. What chestnut and California walnut mean
They are the maker's names for two colours of finish, not two kinds of timber: every table on this page is mango wood, which the maker describes as 100% solid. Chestnut is a warm red-brown; California walnut is a darker brown. The finish sits on the surface, so the grain of the mango shows through it, and the pattern differs from one table to the next.
Dark or light?

Are chestnut and walnut different woods?
No. Both are names of finishes on mango wood. None of these tables is made of chestnut or walnut timber; California walnut is simply the darker colour.
Which width will fit beside my bed?
Measure the gap at its narrowest point and take off 2 cm: that is the widest table that fits. For a gap of 22 to 31 cm, the three 20 cm tables are the dark ones that fit; from 32 cm, the 30 cm ones too; from 38 cm, the 36 cm one; from 47 cm, all of them. The size checker does it from three numbers.
