Who you are buying from

This shop, Bedside Table UK, is operated by INJECTEUR VOITURE SAS, a French SAS with share capital of €1,000, registered in France under number 931137350 (RCS Paris), VAT number FR48931137350, registered office 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. Email: hello@bedside-table.co.uk. Goods are dispatched from a warehouse in the United Kingdom.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched, not when you place the order and not when you receive an order acknowledgement.

We may decline an order, for example if the item is out of stock or if a price has been listed incorrectly. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before you pay. Delivery is free to every UK address we deliver to, and the total shown at checkout is the amount you pay: we do not add a delivery cost after an order has been placed. Where we cannot deliver to a postcode, the checkout says so before payment rather than afterwards.

If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling. If we cannot reach you, we treat the order as cancelled and refund you.

Descriptions and measurements

Measurements published on this site are the supplier's figures, given in centimetres, and are stated for the product and for its packaging. Solid wood varies: grain, tone and knots differ from piece to piece, and a photograph cannot show that variation exactly. Small differences in shade between two pieces are a property of the material, not a fault.

Delivery

Each product page and our delivery page state the delivery time. If no time is stated, we deliver within 30 days of the day your order is accepted. If we cannot deliver within the time agreed, you may cancel and we refund every payment without undue delay. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your rights

If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have the right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; after that, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement, and if that fails, to a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our returns policy.

Complaints

Write to hello@bedside-table.co.uk and we will give you our answer in writing. We are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. You can get free advice from Citizens Advice Consumer Service, and you can use the small claims procedure.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
