Times are counted in working days from your order. A few tables are sent from the supplier's own warehouse and take a little longer, from 2 to 7 working days to leave, then 1 to 2 days by courier. Their product page gives the exact time before you buy.
Whatever the checkout shows you is the price you pay. We never add a delivery cost after an order. If we cannot deliver to your postcode, the checkout tells you before you pay rather than after.
What arrives
Where the maker confirms that a table arrives fully assembled, we say so on that table’s own page, along with what is in the box. Where the maker has not confirmed it, we say nothing rather than guess: send us the product name and we will confirm in writing before you order. We do not describe a flat pack as assembled, and we do not describe as assembled anything we have not been told is.
Before you order, measure
Each product page lists the width, depth and height of the table and, wherever the maker publishes it, the size of the box it ships in. The box matters if your stairs or doorway are tight. If you are unsure about height, the height guide explains how to measure from the floor to the top of your mattress.
If something arrives damaged
Please tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photograph of the damage and of the outer box. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. Keep the packaging until the matter is settled: it is usually needed for the claim.
